why isn't Buffy in LA?

One thing bothering me about the new Angel comics, if hell has been unleashed on LA, why aren't Buffy and the other slayers in LA helping out?

    I believe Hell hasn't been unleashed in LA, LA has been brought to Hell. Or some hell dimension. Making it kind of inaccessible to the slayers. I think I read that in issue 2 or in the beggining of 1.
