Actually I don't think any of them looked drastically thinner, I think thay all looked healthier, not so pale or tired.

you might be right. it may be that they've just changed over the past several years. and not having seen them in anything else I didn't see the transition. it may also have to do with how they were styled and lit on Buffy. There are some shows that have a particular style of lighting that makes the actors look very different. for example, Battlestar Galactica does this very harsh overhead lighting thing that isn't necessarily flattering. I was surprised to see how much younger and more attractive the whole cast looked in the interviews compared to the show. :) I was just going to be bummed if Amber got surgery out of some Hollywood pressure thing because he was always naturally attractive.
